Arctic ground squirrels live in dens and are the only Arctic animal to hibernate.
Lemmings look like furry, fat hamsters.
A wolverines looks like a small bear, but is a member of the weasel family.
Caribou are members of the deer family and are covered in a thick coat of hollow hair.
Narwhals live in the Arctic Ocean, and have long ivory tasks.
Cottongrass, as well as other plants, are used to make wicks for oil lamp.
